  • Financing: 0% financing through bob Finance over 18/30 months.

  • Service: one annual service per year including labor and consumables. Spare parts in case of damage extra after cost estimate. Goflow will contact you to arrange a transfer appointment in your city. Home pick-up/delivery: CHF 90 per way.
  • Repair service: goflow offers a repair service in your city. Also possible: collection and delivery to your home for CHF 90 per way. Labour, material and spare parts will be charged separately.
  • Return of ebike: goflow offers a return at the guaranteed residual value after 12 resp. 24 months. The residual value is 6 monthly installments and assumes that the e-bike is in perfect condition and has been ridden less than 6,000 km. Example: 30 months’ rent for a goflow Bond e-bike at CHF 159. Return price: 6 x CHF 159 = CHF 954. This means you can finally pay the remaining 6 months’ rent
  • Redeeming the e-bike and insurance: is the responsibility of the rider. The 45 kmh e-bike must be redeemed annually in the rider’s canton. Costs vary depending on the canton. The 25 kmh e-bike does not have to be redeemed.
